• Bring any relevant scan reports, X-rays or referral letters if you have them.
• Make a note of your symptoms, when they started and what makes them better or worse.

What to Expect on the Day

1. A clinical consultation to discuss your symptoms and history.
2. An ultrasound scan of the affected area, with findings explained in plain language.
3. A discussion of treatment options — including same-day injection treatment where appropriate.

After an Injection

• Some mild soreness for 24–48 hours is normal.
• Avoid strenuous activity on the treated area for a couple of days.
• Contact us if you have any concerns following treatment.
