Legal Basis

We process contact and appointment enquiry data on the basis of your consent and/or to take steps prior to entering a contract for services. Clinical data is processed under UK GDPR Article 9 exceptions for the provision of health care, with confidentiality maintained as required by professional (HCPC/CSP) standards.

How Long We Keep Data

Clinical records are retained in line with professional and NHS records-management guidance (typically a minimum of 8 years for adult patients, longer for certain cases). Enquiry data not leading to an appointment is deleted after a reasonable period.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with other healthcare professionals involved in your care (e.g. your GP), only with your consent or where necessary for your treatment, and with service providers who help us operate the clinic (e.g. IT/booking systems) under appropriate data processing agreements.

Your Rights
